Fill PDF forms and add text or images

Not every PDF is an interactive AcroForm. Some are flat scans where you must overlay text. PDF Form Filler, Add Text, and Add Image cover those cases. Flatten PDF can bake overlays into a final non-editable look when a portal requires it.

Form tips

Zoom in before typing near checkboxes. Keep a blank original. After filling, export and reopen to confirm alignment on another device.

When to use Edit PDF instead

If you need to change existing sentences on a page, Edit PDF’s dashed text boxes are a better starting point than scattered add-text stamps.
